Shadow is a moving story about a boy and his loyal companion Shadow the dog.
Shadow comes to a family when they most need him, during the time of the war in Afganistan. Shadow travels with the family all through Afganistan to England. Two years after the boy and his mother escape to England they are taken to a prison where they wait to be sent back to Afganistan.
Shadow is an amazing book and I really recommend it.
